Last updated: 12 September 2026

This notice explains how CGP Systems s.r.o. handles personal data when you visit https://cgp.systems, submit an enquiry or request a call. It covers this website and related communications. Processing carried out for a client project is also governed by the relevant service agreement and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

CGP Systems s.r.o. is the controller for personal data collected through this website.

Address: U dálnice 815/6, Stodůlky, 155 00 Praha, Czech Republic.
Email: info@cgpsystems.cz.

2. What information do we process?

  • Enquiries and project discussions: your name, email address, company name and the message or project information you choose to provide.
  • Call requests: your name, email address, phone number and selected timezone.
  • Support requests: your contact details, the relevant website address and information about the issue you report.
  • Technical information: information processed by website hosting, delivery and security services, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and error or security logs.
  • Correspondence: information exchanged while responding to your request and discussing next steps.

Fields marked as required are needed to handle the selected request. Other fields are optional. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the contact forms.

3. Why do we use this information?

  • To respond to service enquiries and prepare proposals: where you ask us to take steps before entering a contract, we process the necessary information for that purpose.
  • To communicate with business contacts and provide support: we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to relevant enquiries and operating our business, or on performance of a contract where applicable.
  • To operate and protect the website: we rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining availability, investigating errors and preventing misuse.
  • To meet legal obligations: we process and retain information where applicable law requires it.
  • For optional marketing or non-essential tracking: where consent is required, that processing must be based on your consent. Requesting a call or sending an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.

4. Who may receive your data?

Information may be accessed by the team members who handle your enquiry and by service providers supporting website hosting, security, email delivery and business communications. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell your personal data.

You can contact info@cgpsystems.cz for information about the recipients relevant to your request.

5. International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer is necessary, applicable data protection requirements must be met, for example through an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for details of the transfer arrangements relevant to your information and how to obtain information about the safeguards.

6. How long is information retained?

Retention depends on the purpose of the information and any applicable legal requirements:

  • Enquiry and call-request information is retained for the time needed to respond, complete relevant follow-up and determine whether a project or business relationship will proceed.
  • If an enquiry leads to a project, relevant correspondence becomes part of the project or contractual record and is retained according to the relationship and applicable legal obligations.
  • Technical and security records are retained only for as long as needed for operation, troubleshooting or investigation of security issues.
  • Information may need to be retained longer where required by law or necessary for a legal claim. Information no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymised.

Contact us if you would like to understand the retention criteria applying to your information or request its deletion.

7. Cookies and third-party services

The website uses technical services to deliver pages, fonts and other assets and to support its operation. Loading an external resource can disclose technical request information, such as your IP address, to that provider even if a cookie is not set.

Strictly necessary technologies may be used to provide and protect the website. If optional analytics or marketing technologies requiring consent are introduced, consent must be requested before they are activated, with a way to withdraw it. Browser settings can also restrict cookies, although doing so may affect website functionality.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable data protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send requests to info@cgpsystems.cz. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before responding.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the authority in the country where you live or work. In the Czech Republic, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).

9. Automated decisions

Submitting a website enquiry or call request does not involve a solely automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this notice when the website or its processing activities change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions, email info@cgpsystems.cz.
