What do your agents actually do?
A support agent answers customer questions from your knowledge base and hands off to a human when needed. A lead-qualification agent asks visitors about their use case and books a call. Invoice processing extracts vendor, line items, totals and VAT from PDFs and posts to your ERP. Document Q&A answers questions about your files with citations. Each is built from components we have deployed for clients.
How fast is a pilot?
Audit in week 1, working pilot in a production-like environment by week 4. Rollout and hardening after that depends on your integrations — typically 2–6 more weeks.
What does it cost?
Every project is fixed-price after scoping. You get the number in writing before we start, and you pay per accepted milestone — no hourly billing, no open-ended estimates.
Can you run it in our cloud?
Yes. We deploy into your AWS, Azure, GCP or Cloudflare account, limit data retention to what the workflow needs, and sign a DPA.
Do we need developers on our side?
No. We need one person who knows the process we're automating and can test the result. Integrations with your CRM/ERP are our job.
Where are you and who do I talk to?
Prague, Czech Republic. You talk to the founder, who also architects the solution. Engineering is in-house, not subcontracted.
