Our customer is a major Chinese Electronics Supplier selling on Amazon.com with an annual turnover of $120M. The client is operating with highly competitive markets where the seller’s success is often based on the positive feedback left by the end-customers.
Our client approached us with the task to increase the number of positive feedback for the goods delivered to the US market.
After studying the matter, we started working on project, which we named Plixol, with the following plan: - Using official Amazon MWS API - Track the buyers, their activities on Amazon and segment them in three categories: = POSITIVE(with more than 3 positive feedbacks) = POTENTIAL (with at least one positive feedback) = NEGATIVE (with 3 and more negative feedbacks) - Create a tool that will deliver automated email campaigns to “positive” and “potential” buyers. - Functionality should include: = creating lists of “positive” and “potential” buyers = creating email templates = sending emails = creating automated follow up sequences
As a result, the CGP Systems team managed to raise the number of positive feedback by 248%, helping our client to really stand out among its competitors.
